Refunds
Donations are generally not refundable.
If there is an error, such as a duplicate payment or a wrong amount, please contact us with the transaction details within 7 days of payment.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
Monthly donations
If you ask to stop a monthly donation, charges stop from the following month.
